2. What is sold here

• Print edition of O Ponto da Virada, delivered by a carrier according to the shipping policy.
• E-book of O Ponto da Virada, as a digital file, with an access link sent by e-mail after payment confirmation.
• Application to the Strategic Council, which is a free screening form — it is not a purchase, not a contract, and does not guarantee a seat.

3. Prices and payment

Displayed prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout always prevails. Payment is processed by InfinitePay, by PIX (Brazilian instant payment) or credit card; card details are entered in the processor's environment and never pass through or are stored on this site.

Orders with unconfirmed payment expire automatically and do not reserve stock. Obvious pricing typos do not bind the sale: in that case the order is cancelled and the amount is refunded in full.

4. E-book: personal use

Purchasing the e-book grants a personal, non-transferable license. Redistributing, reselling, publishing, hosting, or sharing the file, in whole or in part, as well as removing identification marks, is forbidden. The access link is individual and may be deactivated in case of misuse.

5. Intellectual property

The book's text, the O Ponto da Virada mark, the content, texts, images, and visual identity of this site are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without express written authorization.

6. Informational content, not advisory

The content of the book and of this site's pages is informational and educational. It does not constitute accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice for your specific case, and no financial result is guaranteed. Decisions made based on your reading are the reader's responsibility. The advisory, when contracted, is governed by its own contract.

7. Application to the Strategic Council

The form is a screening instrument. Submitting it creates no obligation to contact, propose, or contract, and the information provided must be truthful. Data processing follows the privacy policy.

8. Site availability

The site is provided as is. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to third-party failures — hosting, payment processor, carrier. No unavailability affects orders already paid; those will be fulfilled.

9. Governing law

Brazilian law applies, in particular the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and Decree 7.962/2013. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected for matters related to these terms.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page, and the version in force at the time of purchase applies to each order.
